Stand start with hand matched high on the sloping shelf. From there, figure out the thin feet, pop up to a good right hand, match, mantle/reach the hueco sidepull, and finish straight up for the topout.

It climbs the southeast face on House of Ill Repute.

A pad will work, the landing is flat and clear, as long as you don't fall to the left.
