This dihedral is as hard as it is beautiful!P1  “5.12+“    From the nice ledge, lurch up into the sustained .2 crack on amazing stone with some face holds. Eventually the crack opens slightly and the climbing moderates before a easy bit to the anchor.  Finger size dependent but hard for eveyone over the age of 8.  First ascentionist Lor Sabourin compared it to the route Machete in Indian Creek.P2  5.11+    Plug up the finger corner past a wide pod into a steep off fingers section. Reminiscent of quality Wingate. Anchor on the right before things get ugly.

This might be one of the most beautiful pitches in Sedona.Climb up past a high bolt into the super thin offset crack. Sustained difficulties that slightly relent near the top as the pump builds.

A cool stembox with fingers in the right-facing corner to a fistcrack bulge, offwidth/squeeze with good face features leads to a final fistcrack bulge to a large ledge and anchors.  A good fat option, with varied climbing and water-worn rock. Needless to say, in a different genre from the rest of the wall, but worthy if you want to hike a couple big cams out here. 

Stretch high off the ground into a tips lock, undercling a roof and right-facing flake into a corner change with thin gear to a ledge. Softer rock leads up the corner, stem right on a jagged flake, clip a bolt and ride a rail back left into the very thin corner with some truly fortuitous holds that prove that Sedona wants us to climb! Finish up the very clean corner, which widens quickly from sub-tips to hands. 

Surmount a cheater block stack to reach the lowest pockets in a bizarre swath of dark varnish riddled with small pockets. Boulder steep moves with terrible feet for a couple of moves until the angle lessens and the pockets get larger. Clip a bolt (nice to stick-clip, but full-length stick-clip needed), and shuffle right on a ledge to the upper, left-facing corner. Some tricky moves with tips lead to the cool hueco-ed midsection, and a stiff crack finish. A good pitch, but marred with some Schnebly silt and guano.

Start up some so so rock into the finger corner past a bolt on the left in a stem box into the steep thin hand to hand crack. Anchor just under the roof.

A small collection of quality pitches on the sheer wall behind Beef Lord Spire. Wall is shady until about 3pm, but the dihedrals hold shade a little longer.
