Climb small, sharp edges. You can use the concrete half cylinder shape that goes up the height of the wall to stem on. You can top out on the roof (not recommended due to security getting pissed off) or downclimb to a safe distance to jump.

Security Sloper

Falling Like A Stone

Start on sloping edges, and make your way up to the solid concrete rail that makes a great sloper. Avoid topping out on the easy right side, and make it up as high as you can on the left side to get more decent climbing.

This involves only about 3-4 moves, but it is really fun. Ascend crimps to a decent sloper, then top out.
